This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be requested for:

2. Refunds for Challenge Stakes

2.1 Stake Charges Are Final After the Challenge Starts

Stakes are only refundable under limited conditions.

Once a challenge has started, no refunds will be issued, regardless of participation level.

This ensures fairness for all participants and prevents manipulation or last-second withdrawals.


3. 24-Hour Stake Refund Window

You are eligible for a refund of your stake only if ALL of the following are true:

Refunds are processed via Stripe Refund API back to your original payment method. Refunds are always credited to the same payment method you used to pay the stake (e.g. the card used at checkout).


4. Non-Refundable Stake Scenarios

5. Refunds Due to Challenge Cancellation

If a challenge does not reach its minimum number of participants or is canceled by Motiw8:
